Crown Hill

This project combined a fully custom-built DADU with a complete remodel of the existing home, creating two fresh, high-value living spaces on one property. Designed for an investor client, the layout and finishes were planned from day one to maximize resale appeal and return on investment. The result is a modernized main home paired with a brand-new DADU, both built to sell quickly and command top market value.
