This custom DADU was designed with three bedrooms an uncommon layout for most backyard cottages but the client wanted more space, and we made it work beautifully. We used cathedral ceilings and added generous window placements to keep the interior open, bright, and airy. The result is a spacious, light-filled home that feels far larger than its footprint.
